It is a struggle that virtually all parents face: the battle to get the little ones to eat more fruits and vegetables, and generally a healthier diet overall. While many children are happy to gobble down breakfast cereal and candy, chocolates, and ice cream, few at a younger age are inclined to show the same desire to consume greens and other plant-based forms of nutrition.
