Light and sound fire truck
If you order this product, you will be told it ships in 2 days. My order
was placed on July 1st and I FINALLY received it on 7/23/12. Unbelievable.
This was for my Grandson's Birthday. Totally disappointed that it did not come
in time. The fire truck appears to be what I ordered, although I have not
totally gone through the box yet. The box was not in the best of shape when
I finally received it. I called customer service twice and kept being told, "well you have to allow for the fact that there was the 4th of July and weekends. Usually ships in two days? Between July 1st and July 23rd, how many
weekends were there?????????? If you need anything in a hurry, don't order it
from Imagine.
