UPS Ground Shipping Service
Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your shopping cart. We ship most in-stock items by the next business day. Express Shipping
For an additional fee we can ship your order via UPS 2nd-Day or Next-Day Air. 2nd-day and Next-Day refer to BUSINESS days. We ship most in-stock items by the next business day. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Tuesday, unless it is a holiday. Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Priority Shipping
For an additional fee we can ship your order via Priority Shipping to most destinations within the 48 contiguous states. We ship most in-stock items by the next business day. In the event of a delay, we will notify you by email. Orders placed during the weekend will ship the following Tuesday, unless it is a holiday. Orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states should arrive within 1-2 business days from the day it ships from our warehouse. * Note: Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box.

Back Orders
In some cases, shipping may be postponed due to a lack of product availability. Items that are on backorder will be shipped when they are received in stock. In the event of any delay, we will notify you by email.

Drop Shipped Items
All items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer require up to 3 weeks for delivery. These items cannot be express shipped, or shipped outside of the 48 contiguous states. Drop-shipped items are excluded from free shipping promotions. Shipping is via UPS Ground (2nd-Day and Next Day when allowable) only. Please see the product detail page for product-specific information.

Oversize Items
The weight and size of some larger items cost more for us to ship. Therefore, these large items have an oversize surcharge; this charge is listed on the product detail page and is in addition to regular shipping charges.

Free Shipping Promotions
Free shipping offers are for UPS ground shipping, apply to the contiguous U.S. states only and exclude sale merchandise.

Return Policy

  1. Send back the item(s) you wish to return per the instructions provided by our Customer Care Representative.
    1. Include your Order Number and/or a copy of the packing slip
    2. Include the "Return Authorization" number issued by our Customer Care Representative when you called.
    3. Please also provide a written reason for your return.
  2. The credit card you used for the original purchase will be reimbursed the price you originally paid for the returned item(s), less shipping. In most cases this credit should appear on your card in the next regular billing cycle.
  3. Any returns of items that you received as a gift will be issued in the form of an online ImagineToys.com eGift card in lieu of a refund.
  4. All returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unused, and with original tags and packaging.
  5. Returns made more than 90 days past the original purchase date will be honored in the form of an online ImagineToys.com eGift card in lieu of a refund.
